You may at any time request the transfer of your data to another entity providing a similar service (newsletter). Providing your personal data is optional, with the exception of: wishing to receive the newsletter, signing the agreement (electronically and traditionally), downloading a publication, adding a comment on the Company’s websites and sending an enquiry to a developer about an offer found on the websites. In the event that restrictions are in force during the event due to a state of epidemic or epidemiological emergency, your personal data may also be processed by Nowy Adres sp. z o.o. in order to establish a list of guests and other people from outside (if possible) present at the same time in part(s) of the conference area, e.g. during the course of an event in which you participated, and possibly to carry out communication by email, text message or telephone in order to identify people who may have come into contact with a person infected with COVID-19.  2. Verification of the application by the conference organizer.
3. Sending a link to the downloaded ENTRY TICKET for the conference.
